1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Deepcon's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Deepcon's API services for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Deepcon's services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. API Usage and Rate Limits

Your use of the Deepcon API is subject to rate limits and quotas based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension of access. You agree to:

• Comply with all rate limits and usage restrictions
• Not attempt to circumvent or bypass any rate limiting mechanisms
• Use the API only for its intended purposes
• Not use the API in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our services

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your API keys secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Ensure that your account information is accurate and up to date

5. Billing and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
• Understand that failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Deepcon's services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Engage in any form of harassment or abuse
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers

7. Service Modifications

Deepcon reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deepcon or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Deepcon's services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
